Account Manager

Uhura Digital is looking for a smart key account manager with agency experience to take our agency business to the next level.

Your Tasks

  • You will work closely with the management to expand our service areas in strategy development and UX design and technology implementation 
  • You will identify and acquire project and support business for new and existing clients
  • You recognise customer needs, work analytically on the right offer and solution formulations and thus quickly generate further sales potential
  • You will present convincing concepts and approaches to the customer and have an eye on the entire process from addressing the customer, developing and presenting solutions and offers to onboarding customers and account management
  • You are the "customer whisperer" and are committed to building long-term customer relationships

Your profile

  • You are always up to date with relevant market trends and competitors and give thoughtful impulses to the agency at an early stage
  • You enjoy networking and enjoy going to events and presenting the agency from time to time. Ideally you already have a network that can be activated
