How To Inspire Young People For The Textile Industry With An Apprenticeship Campaign.
Like most industries in Germany, the textile industry is facing a problem of skilled workers and young talent. The textile+mode industry association was therefore looking for a new direction and a relaunch of its in-house "Go Textile!" training campaign. Uhura developed a new strategy for the campaign in which all components were reviewed and repositioned. In addition to the website, social media and newsletter communications were also relaunched.
The result: 500% more page views, 100% more returning users and 100% higher visibility on the social media channels.
The Go Textile! apprenticeship campaign is being completely redesigned. A new claim #RunYourFuture stages the future viability of the apprenticeships and communicates dynamism.
In addition to the complete redesign of the website, the website content and texts are prepared in an SEO-friendly way and adapted to the needs of the target group of 15- to 20-year-olds. In addition to clearer messages, this also increased Google visibility by 500 %.
The relaunch was based on a mobile-first approach. In order to reach the target group of 15 - 20-year-olds, the focus is placed on the portrait orientation of the new website.
Uhura also takes care of the ongoing management of Go Textile!'s social channels in the channels relevant to the campaign. In addition, Uhura regularly runs micro-campaigns in the paid media sector. After three months, we have already reached 100% more followers via Instagram.
The Uhura editorial team implements around 20 different pieces of content on Go Textile's! channels every month. In addition, Uhura looks after community management and answers questions and gives tips on social media.
