Multi-content campaigns for Berlin's city marketing

An agile process based on knowledge transfer that integrates strategy, creation, implementation and marketing technology has been the basis of Uhura's work for Berlin Partner, the city of Berlin's business development agency, for almost ten years. Various economically important topics from the fields of technology, fashion, science and the start-up economy are communicated in a multi-campaign approach.

Challenge

How do you ensure a consistently high level of consulting, creative and implementation expertise across a wide range of communications topics and projects? How do you combine the various economic themes of a major city, from fashion and creative industries to high-tech and blockchain, in the context of effective location marketing?

Solution

Berlin Fashion Week has been an integral part of Uhura's portfolio since 2015. The team develops the communication strategy and implementation of the cluster campaign for small and medium-sized (SMEs) fashion companies from Berlin in terms of website, content, social media, video and classic advertising measures such as posters, digital ads, etc.

Since 2017, Uhura has also been implementing the AI campaign in Berlin in terms of brand development, engagement strategy, content creation, social media and advertising. Three years later, Uhura took over the blockchain topics in Berlin, for which it is responsible for the conception and development of web, social media and video content.

The agency works closely with stakeholders and partners such as the Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises, digital-bb.de and the Cluster for ICT, Media and Creative Industries in Berlin and Brandenburg. To this end, various organizational formats have been set up and specialized teams have been established for each topic area. 

With the paid media budget for all key Berlin campaigns, reports and dashboards based on data and facts are also used on an ongoing basis to provide the editorial teams with valuable insights for optimizing content assets.
