The next Berlin Fashion Week is in the starting blocks: from 6 to 12 September, German fashion experts and fans will once again meet in the capital to celebrate fashion made in Berlin. The Fashion Week is completely reorganising itself with many new formats such as 202030, the Green Fashion Fair or the digital platform of the A-Gain Initiative. The entire fashionweek.berlin website of the Berlin Fashion Week was relaunched by the digital agency Uhura. Uhura's team of photographers, videographers and editors report in real time on all channels, presenting the diversity of Berlin Fashion Week and highlighting the wide range of Berlin's fashion cluster.

Focus on sustainability

In order to optimally align the new Fashion Week and the communication strategy, stakeholders, organisers, designers, initiatives and educational institutions were consulted by the Senate Department for Economis, Energy and Public Enterprises and Uhura - this not only resulted in new formats such as the Berlin Fashion Network STUDIO2RETAIL or the REFERENCE FESTIVAL, but also in an optimised website and new impulses for social media work. In addition, there is a special focus on the 202030 - The Berlin Fashion Summit, where sustainability topics in the fashion industry are discussed and sustainable Berlin designers and shops are verified through a Sustainability Guide.

Berlin Fashion Week is an expression of a collective spirit of optimism that is supported and promoted by all those responsible and involved. As the most important creative showcase, Berlin Fashion Week presents German and international fashion designers as well as premium fashion brands, internationally recognised up-and-coming talents and trend-setting trends. Above all, the focus on sustainability with, among others, the Green Fashion Fair or 202030 - The Berlin Fashion Summit clearly sets the fashion week apart from other European fashion weeks.

"Berlin Fashion Week is unique in its line-up and in what it offers. In no other city do you feel such innovative power and have this variety of shows, salons and, above all, sustainable formats. We have created the ideal digital focal point for this diversity with the new communication strategy and diverse coverage," says Margarita Kozakiewicz, CEO Uhura Digital.
